It’s been a while since I posted here. That wasn’t intentional, but it wasn’t by accident, either. As I was working on my career, the pandemic hit. I got laid off twice in one year by a company I enjoyed working for, and decided it was time to start another business.
I put more effort into Twitter, I got business certifications and learned about the VC world, and maybe most importantly I got back into game development by way of augmented reality. It’s been extremely challenging and rewarding, but now that Twitter’s latest ownership change seems to be sending it into death throes, I realize it might be time to get back to my little corner of the internet.
I don’t have any specific plans for the site, but I do know I’ll put some time into reproducing (heavily anonymized) stories from my career, more about the various things I’m building, and I imagine a good number of possibly unfounded opinions based on my advancing age. Maybe once a week, maybe once a month…it’ll just depend on when the mood hits me.
Regardless, it’s good to be back.
